How do I obtain a mailing list?
Click on the “Request” option on the Advancement Services home page. The Report/Mailing List Request Form will be displayed. Follow the instructions on the form when making your request, ensuring you enter all the necessary information. Once this has been done, press the submit button. The request will be forwarded to Advancement Services.
How do I access the Brio on-line reports?
Click on the reports option on the Advancement Services home page menu. The Brio On-Demand Server page will appear. Click on the “new logon” button at the top of the page and enter your Novell login and password. If you are unable to login, you will need to contact the IT staff at Advancement Services to request access. Once you have successfully logged in, a pop-up menu will be displayed. You can then choose to view the reports from either Advancement Services or the Registrar’s office by clicking on the appropriate folders.
How do I provide an address or biographic update?

What do I do if I open the mailing list and the information does not appear in seperate columns?
The mailing list is sent as a comma delimited (CSV) file and should open normally under MS-Excel. However, if the data looks like it is contained in a single column, save the file as type Microsoft Office Excel Workbook. When the file reopens again, it should have the data appearing in seperate columns.
Banner web reports won't run from job submission. It just takes me back to the "do not close" browser window.
Your internet browser may be blocking pop-up windows from the Banner application. Change your browser settings to allow pop-ups from "banner.uidaho.edu".
Reports from the on-demand server (dw.uidaho.edu) will not run. I just see a little x icon in my browser window when I click on a report.
dw.uidaho.edu must be added as a trusted site manually to your browser.
